We select the best available research sites, investigators and monitoring staff and strive continuously to broaden our resource network with accredited training and development initiatives. We work in strict accordance with ICH and South African GCP Guidelines.

Time
We set and follow realistic, achievable schedules for all projects undertaken. We submit high-quality dossiers to ensure rapid study approvals and accelerate study initiations by organising timeous importation of study product and effective Investigator Meetings. We are monitoring frequently and effectively to site motivation/enrolment and ensure prompt adherence to all safety reporting obligations.

Cost
Our services are competitively priced thanks to a lean, efficient infrastructure and wide network of regionally-based monitors (thereby minimising pass-through travel costs). We aim at a level of Project Management and monitor supervision designed to maximise quality at reasonable cost.

Administration/Security
Triclinium is a registered private limited company audited on an annual basis. Our central location is a secure 24-hour access-controlled building with fire-resistant identity-coded filing system, company liability insurance and our own internet domain. Our firewall-protected LAN has back-up power and daily antivirus updates and data back-ups.
