Ethics and Scientific Integrity – respected
without compromise.
Competence, not corpulence –
we do not seek to acquire or duplicate specialised resources
(such as clinical laboratories, that already exist in our
environment and can be rapidly in-sourced by effective project
management. Clients thereby pay for the CRO services they
require, not for the hidden costs of a heavy infrastructure.
Direct communication – rapid,
efficient interface between sponsors and sites.
Humanity – a clinical
trial is a multi-component human system required to run with
machine-like accuracy. The perfect trial has yet to be carried
out, but the best results can be achieved if all contributing
participants are effectively managed and treated with due
respect.
Proactivity – however
small or large the contract, we commit to each project as
though it were our own. Before directing our energy to resolving
ad hoc issues, we first apply our collective experience to
avoiding or minimising problems. |
